South and West Coasts of Ireland Sailing Directions <Actinic:Variable Name = 'ICC'/>
Covers the S & W coasts of Ireland from Carnsore Point (SE) to Bloody Foreland (NW). The standard work on this coast, and many members of the ICC have contributed. This edition has new coloured plans and full-colour photos (mostly aerial views). Apart from the British Admiralty's Sailing Directions, this is the only guide to this coast, and luckily it is extremely good. There is a companion volume (PIL0560) covering the East and North coasts of Ireland. HB. 326pp.

East and North Coasts of Ireland Sailing Directions
Covers the N and E coasts of Ireland from Carnsore Point up to Bloody Foreland. This new edition has full colour plans and photos (mostly aerial) and is a no-expense-spared production. There is a companion volume (PIL0550) which covers the other half of the Irish coastline. Tidal stream diagrams, and useful appendices from waypoints to where to eat. HB. 194pp.

Firth of Clyde <Actinic:Variable Name = 'CCC'/>
Covers more than the Firth itself, as it deals with part of the Solway Firth to Kirkudbright, and also the Isle of Man. The Crinan Canal also detailed. Coloured port plans, excellent information form the Clyde Cruising Club's author team, and some colour photos. More would be welcome as they remind one that Scotland's west coast is unbeatable for clean crystalline beauty anywhere in Europe. PB, spiral bound. 96pp.

John Marchment has produced the revisions for this edition of the RCC's well-known guide to the long Spanish Mediterranean coast between Gibraltar and Denia. This is an important pilot for yachts coming to and from Northwest Europe and the Atlantic from the Balearic Islands and more distant parts of the Mediterranean. The clear sailing directions provide all the essential information for passage making or hopping along the coast between harbours and anchorages.
