Super Gloss
One-pack. Superior high-gloss enamel based on siliconized alkyd resin. Excellent gloss retention and very good weather resistance. Optimum flow, non-yellowing. Minimal dirt pick-up. 750ml.

Application
On wood, steel, aluminium, and GRP, above the waterline, both inside and out. For new work in combination with the appropriate primers or direct on pre-treated GRP. Also useful for maintaining existing, intact, one-pack enamels. Available in 16 colours.

Blakes Prop Primer is an anti-corrosive primer which acts as a primer on a large variety of substrates. Particulary recommended as a primer for propellers, outboards and outdrives. Fast drying. Products has very good adherence to steel and other metals, very easy to apply. Matt finish.

Blakes Mille Drive is for use below the waterline on propellors, outboards and outdrives. Avaliable in Volvo Grey and Black.

This is a high strength burnishable antifouling which gives a smooth racing finish, offering all round competitive performance. Formulated especially for powerboats, racing yachts and vessels which are mud berthed, may also be used on vessels that are dry sailed. It is suitable for all substrated except aluminium, for use below the waterline.

A two pack high performance epoxy priming and undercoating system, for use on glass fibre, wood, steel and aluminium. This product has an outstanding corrosion, impact and water resistance qualities both above and below the waterline. It can be used for osmosis protection when application takes place at low temperatures. Epoxy primer undercoat is an excellent protective coating between the substrate and PolyGloss topcoat, ensuring longevity of the system.

A two pack polyurethane and epoxy system giving a high gloss finish which is extremely durable and resistant to ultra-violet degradation and abrasion. Polygloss is well known for its ease of application and its high performance properties. Polygloss should be applied at temperatures of 10'C and above. For use above the waterline.

Trilux Prop O Drev is an antifouling specially formulated for aluminium and stainless steel outdrives, outboard legs, propellers and stern gear. In addition to offering effective antifouling protection, its smooth hard finish minimises drag helping to improve propulsion efficiency. Designed as an easy to use aerosol, the spray application.

PREPARATION
Prime bare metal and factory enamelled surfaces with two coats VC Prop O Drev Primer. This is essential on aluminium or alloy as Trilux Prop O Drev is not suitable for direct application. For best results on previously antifouled surfaces remove existing paintwork. Alternatively wet abrade with 240 grade paper.

International Interstrip. Interstrip AF is specially formulated to effectively remove old layers of antifouling from glassfibre, steel, aluminium and wooden boats. Unlike many paint strippers, Interstrip AF will not harm gelcoat. It is a safe and cost effective method of removing antifouling, saving time and effort. Important: Interstrip AF is thixotropic making it easy to use even on vertical surfaces.

Product Description:
Pre-Kote is an undercoat for one pack finishes such as Toplac, Brightside® and Interlux® Super. Pre-Kote offers excellent obliteration which in turn, allows for easy colour changing. Pre-Kote is designed around tough, flexible resins which means it is long lasting and easy to apply and rub down, providing a smooth base for the finishing coat. It is available in a range of colours to complement the topcoat.

Product Description:
Primocon is a grey, tar-free, quick drying, conventional primer for all substrakes underwater. Also suitable as a barrier/ sealer coat over incompatible or unknown antifoulings. Can be used under all International antifoulings. Not suitable to be overcoated with 2-component solvent-based paints.

Quick drying conventional primer for wood, steel and aluminium alloy above the water.

PREPARATION
For wood ensure bare wood is clean and dry. Apply UCP or alternatively 1 coat of Yacht Primer thinned 10-15% with Thinners No. 1 to ensure penetration and adhesion. Oily woods e.g teak wash surface with Thinners No. 1 allow to dry. Thin first coat of Yacht Primer 15-20% prior to application. Steel, grit blast to Sa 2 half to 3. An angle grinder can be used for small areas. Alumminium, clean and degrease with Yacht Line Super Cleaner. For better adhesion, mechanically abrade with aluminium compatible sandpaper or low pressure grit blast using aluminium oxide. Pre

A satin finish varnish designed primarily for interior use. The polyurethane resin gives a tough finish resistant to hot water, mild acids and alkalis. The quick drying formulation minimises dust contamination.

PREPARATION
Previously varnished wood in good condition clean with thinners. Sand with 280-320 grade wet or dry paper. Remove sanding dust with thinners. In poor condition all previous coating should be removed. Bare wood sand smooth with 80-180 and then 280 grade paper. Clean surface y brushing, dusting or wiping - if wiping with solvent allow to dry completely before applying the first coat of varnish. Priming bare wood apply Intertox or UCP. If UCP has been omitted thin the first coat by 10-15% with Thinners No. 1.

APPLICATION
Apply a minimum of three full bodies coats, more if using a roller.

A traditional tung oil based yacht varnish for classic yachts. Suitable for all internal and external wood. Schooner contains UV absorbers for a long lasting finish and its easy to brush formulation gives a deep rich gloss.

IMPORTANT
Stir well before use. Avoid damp conditions. Only use the recommended thinners.

Only avaliable in 375ml. UCP is the ideal bare wood primer for use before painting or varnishing. It can be used below or above the waterline. It has a fast drying formulation which is tougher and more durable than conventional primers.

IMPORTANT
Contains Isocyanates which may be harmful to the lungs, read the safety data section before use. Do not use in conjunction with Intertox. Not suited for use with oily timbers such as Teak or Iroko.

PREPARATION
With bare wood sand smooth with 80-180 and then 280 grade paper. Clean surface by brushing or wiping. If wiping with solvent allow to dry completely before applying the first coat.

APPLICATION
Apply between one and four coats depending on specification or requirements. If maximum overcoating time is exceeded abrade using 80-180 grade wet or dry paper.

Goldspar is a high quality, high gloss clear polyurethane varnish with added UV protection. The polyurethane resin gives a tough finish for interior and exterior use, resistant to hot water, mild acids and alkalis. The quick drying formulation minimises dust contamination. Goldspar is a clear high gloss finish which lets the natural colour of the wood show through.

PREPARATION
Previously varnished wood in good contition: clean with Super Cleaner. Sand with 280-320 grade paper. Remove sanding dust with Thinners No. 1. In poor conditions all previous coating should be removed. Bare wood sand smooth with 80-180 and then 280 grade paper. If wiping with thinner allow to dry completely before applying the first coat of varnish. Priming bare wood apply UCP. If UCP has been ommited thin the first coat by 10-15% with Thinner No. 1.

APPLICATION
Apply a minimum of three unthinned coats, more if using a roller.

(Note: do not apply over one part paints, flexible constructions or in immersed areas) Previous painted surfaces in good condition; was with Super Cleaner then rinse with fresh water and allow to dry. Abrade (220-320 grade). New surface requiring priming.

A fully flexible antifoul for use on PVC material.

Can also be used on non-flexible surfaces such as GRP. Hull and tubes can be protected on your RiB with just one product.

Danboline provides a hight opacity, hardwearing high sheen finish which is easily cleaned. It can be applied to wood, steel aluminum or GRP after suitable priming. The special high opacity formulation gives a high sheen finish that can be applied to wood, steel, alloy or GRP after suitable priming.

PREPARATION
Previously painted surfaces in good condition; wash with Yacht Line Super Cleaner, rinse with fresh water and allow to dry. Abrade with 180-280 grade paper. If in poor condition all damaged coatings should be removed and the substrate primed.

PRIMING
All preperation for bare substrates is covered on the appropriate primer label.

Bare Wood:
Yacht Primer or UCP

Steel:
Yacht Primer or Interprotect.

Aluminium:
Etch Primer then either Yacht Primer or Interprotect.

GRP:
No priming necessary but wash as above and abrade with 180-220 grade paper. Particular attention should be given to the reverse side of moulded GRP.


APPLICATION
Sand the primer using 180-280 grade wet or dry paper. Remove dust with a dust wipe. Apply 1-2 coats in dry, well ventilated conditions.

For added protection against moisture absorption and osmosis in bilges, use Gelshield 200.

Interdeck provides an excellent slip resistant finish. It contains a fine aggregate and will apply easily on all substrates. The tough Polyurethane resin protect decks against everyday wear and tear.

Aluminium:
Etch Primer then either Yacht Primer or Interprotect.

GRP:
No priming necessary but wash as above and abrade with 180-220 grade paper. If any filing is required use the appropriate product from the Interfill range.


APPLICATION
Sand the primer using 180-280 grade wet or dry paper. Remove dust with a dust wipe. Apply 1-2 coats in dry ventilated conditions.

For best results either stipple by brush or use a mohair roller.

Toplac is a premium gloss marine enamel for all substrates for use above the waterline. It is exceptionally easy to apply by brush, roller or pad and contains UV filters for increased durability. Its unique chemical structure enables Toplac to outperform all traditional finishes in terms of gloss and gloss retention.

IMPORTANT
Stir well before use. Not suitable for permanently immersed surfaces.

PREPARATION
Previously painted surfaces in good condition, wash with Yacht Line Super Cleaner, rinse with fresh water and allow to dry. Abrade with 280-320 grade paper. In poor condition; all previous coatings should be removed and the substrate primed.

PRIMING
All preperation for bare substrates is covered on the appropriate primer label.

Etch-Primer then either Yacht Primer or Interprotect

GRP:

APPLICATION
Sand the undercoat smooth with 320-400 grade wet or dry paper. Remove dust with a dust wipe. Apply 1-2 coats in dry, well ventillated conditions.

Coverage: 9m2 / 750ml
Cleaning/ Thinners: Thinners No. 1

To improve depth of colour and opacity of lighter colours, the first coat can be a 50:50 mix of finish and undercoat. Two further coats of finish should be then applied.

Avoid applying late in the evening as condensation can cause loss of gloss overnight.

For best results when applying by roller, smooth off witha pad or brush.

In warm or windy conditions up to 10% thinners No. 1may be added to ease application.

Brightside is a superior quality polyurethane gloss yacht enamel for all aubstrates above the waterline. Its Teflon® containing formula produces an easy-clean, tough finish, resistant to abrasions, stains, chemicals and dirt.

IMPORTANT
Stir well before use. Do not use on permanently underwater areas.

PREPARATION
Painted surfaces if sound wash with Yacht Line Super Cleaner, fresh water rinse and allow to dry. Abrade with 280-320 grade paper. If unsound remove coating and prime surface.

Bare Wood:
Yacht Primer or UCP

Steel:
Yacht Primer or Interprotect

Aluminium:
Etch Primer then either Yatch Primer or Interprotect

GRP:
No prior priming necessary but wash as above and abrade with 180-220grade paper.

All Substrates:
Use Pre-Kote undercoat.


APPLICATION
Sand undercoat with 320-400 grade wet or dry paper. Remove dust. Apply minimum 2 coats of Brightside in dry, well ventilated conditions. Avoid applying late in the evening to avoid effects of condensation.
